Default Arm Pump

I let my V down today in my first HS ever. Was not doing bad after 2 laps, but from then on I could barley hold on. Ended in a tree, and got knocked off. Messed up front plastic. So I quit. I could not hold on,or bend my wrist from my forearms being so tight. So my question is what does everyone do to make this condition better?

TRX500 just keep riding and racing and it will get easier and easier and the arm-pump will not be as much of a problem. Just dont Quit!

Try to relax your grip whenever you can, make sure your breathing well, warm and stretch the muscles before you start, and I still get it very bad.

Get soft grips or vibration reduction handlebars to ease your comfort. A lot of times a steering dampner or stabilizer, whichever you want to call it, is very helpful by reducing bump steer and allowing you to relax a little on the bars. Put more of your weight in your feet and legs, that will help you shift your weight through the quad, and not through the handlebars. Your handle bars aren't the only thing that help you turn...don't get lazy. Put body english and throttle or brake into your turns, and that will help you from having to fight the bars while braking into a corner.
