Th Holeshot will probably get rid of the slight hesitation.

The needles might be lean. Does it hesitate less when hot (lean) or cold (rich)?

The Dynojet needles made mine stop hesitating, but you can make the stock needles work fine with shims.

The holeshot ccertainly will improve it, but you might as well tune it right. Doesn't matter before or after the holeshot.

honestly don't remeber how much hesitaion was there before I put the holeshot in now I am paying more attention and there is a slight one I have 3.5 turns on my mixture screws wonder if to rich for the summer?when I do snap the throttle and there is no or little hesitation it really snaps and it will wheelie even with me on it (370 pounds).it wheelied before but mostly in low range.Nyroc I have .050 in shims do I need more or less, the problem is not that big but don't want to lose any power.
Thanks

You might wanna try going up a bit on the shim thickness to see if it improves the response.

just went out and played around in the yard and the hesitation is only really preasent in high range not in low range I actually feel alot more diffrence from stock to this module in low range not in high,by the way had my bike overheat last weekend had some mud in the rad, ordered the low pressure washer from highlifter and works pretty slick and fits in the storage comparment not bad for 40 bucks

Post when you use your low pressure washer to clean an overheating radiator and let us know how well it works. I overheated this past weekend from riding in the mud. Would have loved to have that with me.
