I'm trying to install my new 2wd/4wd actuator.. Problem is that it wont go in completely, & the service manual just says make sure the colar is pointing down & put it in.. When the actuator crashed, the bike was in 4wd, I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it?? Also does anyone know how to manually move the gears back into 2wd??

 

You should be able to push it with a bar or rod or something. I think it goes to the rear.
