My friend has a 2000 400ex, not even a year old. So he decided to regrease his a-arms and he discovered that the left lower a-arm was cracked near the shock mount! Now, he hasn't wrecked this quad just ridden it hard at some MX tracks and trail riding. He's not fat, and I ride all the same places he does just as hard. He had it welded so we'll keep an eye on it.
Can't wait for a Kawasaki sport quad so all my Red friends will be seeing Green!

93 modified Mojave (no cracked anything after 7yrs.)

Same here man! I have a 1988 250r. Broke frames, swingarms, you name it it'll break. I also have 2 Mojaves 1987 and a 1990 that I have riden just as hard and haven't broken anything! Let's just hope Kawasaki puts this quailty into their new sport quad!
