As far as I have heard, a completely stock mighty mojave will max out right around 55mph. Do you have mods?

I dont know how acurate it is, but my friend has a quadrunner 500. His quad tops out at 56 mph on his speedo and I walk by him by at least 5 mph and I am slightly modified.

You will definately gain something, that should put you at about 60mph. It won't be mojorly noticeable, but you will be able to tell the zip.

When I got my mojave I bought the K&N filter and jet kit. When I took the carb apart I found that the previous owner had allready jetted it.The kit recomends the 030 main jet and I already had a 032. I used the 034 which is supposed to be used with an aftermarket pipe that I dont have yet and got noticable results. I was running a 14 tooth front and stock rear sprockets (I just changed the front to a 13) and was having trouble keeping the rear tires spinning up long steep hills in second gear. Changing the main jet and fuel needle gave me enough to keep them spinning. The 13 tooth front sprocket has made a difference too. Now the front end comes up easier and it will hold a doughnut till it runs out of gas.The jist of my babbling is that they are beneficial upgrades that will increase performance.
