Superwinch with Warn Mountin bracket on '00 Prarie 300 4x4
#1
Can I mount a superwinch on my quad with a warn mounting kit? The kaw shop said I could. And I went ahead and bought the X1 2000lb. winch with the warn mounting kit and brought it home... Come to find out... It won't work.. The holes don't line up. What should I do?

If you have physical clearance for your winch, I'd drill holes in either the winch or the mounting plate, using one of the other for a template, and torque 'er down.
I mounted a SuperWinch ATV1500 winch on my quad, using two hardened bolts common to the hawse fairlead and winch mount to hold the assembly behind the bumper, drilling two holes in the bumper tube. Works great.
