I just traded my VForce for a Prairie 700, and I am looking for the best (but affordable) pipe for it. I will use the bike for hunting, so I'm not really interested in something loud. Just a horsepower boost, primarily in the low and mid range. Any suggestions? Also, what's the deal with jetting? Does a new pipe always require re-jetting?

I don't have an aftermarket pipe, so I can't suggest the best one for you. However, I believe the addition of an aftermarket pipe should almost always necessitate a change in jetting to accommodate the new air/fuel ratio needed for that pipe. Remember that the change in air box mods/exhaust pipes will mean that more air is flowing through the carbs and thus, you will likely need different jetting to adjust the air/fuel ratio to the appropriate level.
