i installed a warn winch on my prarie 650 and now ive noticed that the fan comes on alot more than it did before. has anyone else had this problem

 

I too installed a warn winch & noticed fan running a lot more---Everyone said it is normal as long as temp light isnt on--might want to look into a Holeshot module--besides getting more power-the engine runs cooler--also water wetter might help

You might also try getting exhaust wrap and wrapping the front or both exhausts...
