I have Thor core brand and cannot recommend them. They are very comfortable and will not leave blisters at all but the stitching has come apart on my set and two other sets I have seen. I bought my wife and son a pair of Fox Pawtectors and they seem to be doing good. BUT, my Thor gloves have been wet and used more but I still think they should have held up better.

I WONT be buying Thor brand again.

I have used Moose XCR, Moose Qualifier, and Thor Phase 3's gloves, and the only pair I liked were the XCR's but at $35 a pair I couldn't justify paying that much more for a pair of gloves. So I went to Walgreen's and bought a pair of Mechanix gloves for $7 and I love them. In my mind they are the most comfortable pair of gloves I have ridden with and best of all, no blisters.

I got some 909 grips that have a pretty mushy feel to them, which I like. I also have had good luck with Fox gloves of any type. It could be that my hands are like leather any way.

I have thor phase 2.0. they are pretty old and used to be a good set of gloves, but i guess the riding and trail cleaning got to them. i am looking at getting some skin industries gloves next. you could also try getting gel grips. real nice on the hands.

I have some fox gloves that now have bad stiching and my palms show through. But I still use em. I like plain mechanics gloves from auto zone.

I use a pair of Mechanix glove's they are the M-Pact II gloved they have leather suede palm's padded palm's and are very grippy they also have the rubber impact padding on the knuckles so if something hit's your knuckles it won't hurt. I bought mine at Pep Boy's for like 34$. Beleave me When I was a auto tech I used the **** out of these glove's and they are d@mn near indistructable! I had a pair (diff style) of mechanix glove's that lasted through 5 year's of heavy line work (that's engine work car's,truck's,big truck's,motorhome's,and bus's hardest work in the shop) and they did great I bought these new Mechanix gloved specifically for riding and so far so good. They have a lifetime warranty per the box it say's "Should product be damaged by normal use, Mechanix wear will repair or replace it." I would think off road riding would come no where near what a mechanic's definition of "normal" use would be.
