plastic is pretty bad, handel bar is bad, steering stem is bad. i still gota pay this thing off too im thinking about having someone fix it up for me, then just selling the thing. im thinking about 4 or 4500 after getting it all fixed, does this seem like a resonable price for my V after i get it fixed?

so if im selling it what would be the best way to do it? should i try to sell it to someone the way it is now, or fix it and try to get more?i know a guy who can will fix it for pretty cheap.

Fix it then sell it. The looks of a quad mean everything to the buyer. If you have a 250r that needs a new top end but has brand new plastic and tires, then you could probably get more for a 250r that has cracked fenders, bald tires, but runs perfect

whats a good handel bar to replace my stock V's and a new steering stem? thanks
so far the plastic seems to only be about 300 or so from ron ayers unless im mistaken. but thats not including fender supports and stuff.
