Default Kawasaki 360 & 650

I just wondered if anyone knows if ATV's are covered under the lemon law in the state of Pa. We bought 2 brand new 2003's in Feb. and my son's 360 is in the shop for the second time. He just got it back Saturday and it went back last nite. The 4WD light is blinking now and the service dept. at a local dealer couldn't get the thing to shut off last nite when we dropped it off!! I'm so frustrated I could scream......not to mention my husband and son's disappointment. Thanks for any info you can give me.

I dont think so, but I could be wrong. Sounds like you need a new dealer, you can take it to any dealer you want, your warranty is good at any of them. I have had the best luck with a smaller dealer for service work, thats what they rely on instead of new ATV sales and tend to do a better job with it. And twice in the shop since Feb doesnt really sound "lemony" to me????
