Whoops. Kinda new here. I just bought my KFX400 a few weeks ago and started on the mods. But I got it used and there are some white stress spots on the rear fenders where it has been set up on the grab bar. is there any whay to get those out without replacing the plastic. Or should I just get over it and look for some cool stickers? Ha

I've had my KFX 400 since March 03 and have gotten several stress spots, many of which I have no idea how they got there. My buddy who also has a KFX works with plastics and told me the same about using heat. But I found that I needed something hotter than a regular hair dryer, I used a heat gun. You have to be VERY careful not to over heat it though. It will get rid of most of the white, but not always all of it. You might need to do it a couple of times, but it really does work. I really like the color of these but this part of it I’m really disappointed about. Good luck!!!
