Default Timing Chain Removal

What tool is needed to remove the rotor from the crankshaft? I am trying to replace the timing chain without removing the complete head. Is it possible? Looks like a large nut could be screwed on the keyed part of the rotor. Probably metric threads also. Any help is appreciated.

It would REALLY help if we knew what machine you were talking about.

My guess is you need a flywheel puller. If you happen to be looking for the Prairie one then I have some info posted here.
