I bought a KLT 110 for my kids and had to go through the carb 5 times to get it running decent. It still cuts out on top end. Its running rich. I called the dealer to see what the carb jetting was incase some one had changed it and it is right for being stock. The only thing i can think is that the carb is plugged some where where i cant see and is causing it to run rich. Does any one know of where to get a different carb? I have tried a few parts out fits and cant find one. Thanks!

4g,
Maybe I can help. What is the clip position on the needle jet? Also, what does the stamping on the needle jet say? It should start with N... And the float height? Normally when carb is plugged by dirty or old gas, it usually runs too lean due to restricted fuel flow.
