Default spring spacers

I have a Prairie 700 and Im going to put a plow on it. I noticed after I had the winch installed that its mounted alot lower than like the polaris and yamaha. I was planning on using the winch to lift and lower the plow. With a low sitting winch and a real soft suspension Im kind of worried about that it wont lift off the grounds to high. Someone told me about spring spacers. Put one on each spring in the front end and it stiffens it up. Is this true? Can anyone relate to this? thanks

Default spring spacers

you can build spring spacers out of plastic (or hockey pucks what i used) of you use plastic you can go to a maximum of 1.5" any more you will get spring bind they really helped a lot to stiffen up the front end. if you use hockey pucks all you have to do do is machine a hole in the center to fit over the shock slide them on and wrap tape around the shock to keep the spring centered and them put it back together and you are good to go.

be fast or be last
