Default P650/P700 Differences

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the differences between the P650 and P700, other than the displacement?

Front bumper on the P700 is weaker.
P700 does have more power.
P700 may have a slightly bigger radiator but not by much.
I hear the rear shock action is softer on the P700, does anyone know if this is true?

The '03 P650 was updated over the '02 P650, I had both model years & I think the '03 P650 was the best between the 2 model years: better & improved air-filter,updated clutching, improved back-up rope starter, better skid-plates, factory installed rear hitch, belt light indicator for easier viewing, improved mpg & overall fit & finish was smoother, just my opinon.
