V-Force Question
#1
After reading the post about all the problems with the 650, I was just wondering how many V owners have had any problems. I know about a few rear motor mounts, but was wondering about any other. I have had mine since July not 1 tiny problem...nothing. How about you?

The V is no problem in tight woods. I rode mine in tight ,technical, woods in the Appalachian Mtns(Hat/McCoyTrails) It did a great job.
I had one weird problem. The wiring for the ignitor box in the Rt. rear fender well area rubbed on the frame, an shorted the ignition system out. Check that the harness on your bike is NOT in contact with the frame at this point. Other than THAT, it has been a dead-reliable bike. I loved it, but I went back to a P-700.

Over all I think the V Force is a great machine
Here are the weak points I have experienced on my bike, please note that I do ride the bike very hard:
Problem: Tie Rods- stock ones bend easily
Solution: V-Force tie rods $65.00 + shipping JD Performance
Temecula, CA Phone: 909.676.7957
Problem: Rear Motor Mounts – one cracked after 2,500 miles
Solution: covered under warranty or gusset
Problem: stock gas tank – to small I could only drive 40 miles on a tank
Solution: MSD makes a 4.6-gallon
Problem: Stock rims on the weak side
Solution: Rear ITP T-9's Razor II's 22 x 11 x 9 Front ITP T-9's Razor II's 23 x 7x 10
I would highly recommend the V Force.

I've only had mine a little over a month but knock on wood, no problems at all. I agree, the fuel tank is way to small for this gas hog. Other than that I love it, would highly reccomend

Ive had mine since April and the only prob ive had is the seal on the side of the motor, behind the kawi cover is leaking a very little oil. Other than that, it has been one of the toughest atv's ive ever owned.

I've also had mine since april and the only complaint I have is the plastic. I'm amazed at how easy this stuff scratches. I don't know if the same holds true for other brands but Kawasaki's plastic compound is way too soft imo.
