You guys have me salivating about all the mods for the P650 and 700. It sounds like it can put out some serious power. My question is: Has anyone experienced any part brakeage as a result of any of these mods(drivetrain/engine)?

I have beaten the crab out of mine for 2 years... the transmission incorporates straight cut gears ( stronger & more efficient, but noisier than angle cut gears ) I've never broken anything noteworthy... I have worn out a set of front brake pads, destroyed the stock aluminum rear rack supports ( from big air jumps, with a large rear storage box / gas can holder / spare tire carrier... worn out my secondary clutch at 1200 miles ( replaced it with the improved '03 model ), upgraded to the 360 belt... the 750 kit is new, so I don't currently know what the next weakest link is...

I had all kinds of mods on the old 650 and never had any problems, now with the 700 Prairie the only problem I have is getting it all together with alll the new mods I have and I'm still getting!Just got the Dalton Pro clutch plate, blue spring, and weights today, Dale at DaltonPro is a great guy, if you are slightly interested in clutch mods he is the guy to call!!!!!! Now when my heads get back from Mickey I should be able to get it all together and start the beating! LOL!!! We did run my 700 Prairie in the 12 hours of ATV America race and placed third with a bone stock engine, we had absolutly no problems with the machine itself, the old teather gave us a fit tho!
