THEY TOOK MY QUAD IN RUNNING CONDITION. 3 WEEKS LATER THEY CALL ME AND TELL ME THEY CAN'T FINISH MY QUAD AND FIND ANOTHER DEALER WHO CAN FIX IT. THEN THEY SENT ME OUT THE DOOR WITH A BOX OF PARTS. THEY TOOK MY CVT COVER OFF AND THE SHEEVES AND DIDN'T EVEN PUT IT BACK TOGETHER.

 

What were you having done to it ? may we can help ya .

 

i put a pipe on it and i asked them to rejet the bike, they told me $180 for the jets and i told them forget it . I also told them to check out a tapping noise. they told me it was the drivers and a rod tapping. the new dealer said there was nothing wrong with either.

 

Sicnj, you need to find a better shop, I know Staten Island Kawaski is great, but I see you live way down by Cape May, a little too far to travel. Good Luck!!

 

I did find a better shop a bit of a trip but B&B CYCLES in BRIDGETON already have made me feel alot better about the situation.

 

GOOD NEWS I FOUND A GOOD DEALERSHIP IN B&B, AND KAWASAKI IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE BAD CYLINDER
