You can only hear the air going into the carb with that filter, just kinda a sucking sound. I'm the one that sold you the filter, Denniskirk.com has crankcase breather filters if want a filter on the breather hose.

inside dia.................clamp-on part#.................push-in part#
5/16..........................30-1588...........................30-3275
3/8............................30-1589...........................30-3276
1/2............................30-1590...........................30-3277
5/8............................30-1591...........................30-3278

I haven't used them,I would just get a splice tube and a piece of hose and extend it down by the carb drain hose.

The breather hose will not suck anything into your engine with an extended hose, years ago thats all they had was an extended hose, my '83 Honda 200x is that way and even though it's not stock it was faster than my Mojave so appearently the stock open hose never hurt it.

Oh ok, wasnt sure on the sucking thing, Ill just get a long piece of hose and use that, guess that would make sense otherwise it would suck all the dirt from the stock airbox. Cool on the filter noise, hopefully get to start it up this weekend. Thanks

I just ordered 200x hubs. Will they fit on my 02 mojave? It has 24 spline threads like the 200x.

mojave thunder
the spline lenght is different, I tried it years ago but I don't remember which are longer and by how much.

I have a DG aluminium with the larger head pipe and the disc spark arrester like the supertrapps have( actually they are supertrapp, thats what DG used on the 3" and 4" pipes) which are adjustable for sound and power. I ran 4 discs which is just slightly louder that stock. It has very little time on it.
$80 plus shipping

My exhaust is the same style as the link that kwackerman gave you for ebay except that mine has the alloy muffler which is much better looking and also lighter. Mine also has the supertrapp style spark arrestor with the discs which can be adjusted for loudness...to keep your neighbors happy.

$95 shipped for the muffler

I have a alloy like the one on ebay without the spark arrestor and it is VERY loud.
