Mickey is a great guy, his service is second to none!!!! As far as the 785 kit goes, when I was breaking it in I was going around 18 mph and cracked the throttle a little bit, the Prairie stood straight up,,, shocked the heII outta me! The sound is different (good), the power is unbelievable, very crisp and responsive! I had a problem with the guy who did my machine work locally and ended up with a cracked sleeve, it had nothing to do with the kit, just a machine work problem. I got the new sleeve but sent my heads to Mickey and I'm waiting to get them back right now. As soon as I get it all back together and get some time on it I will post my results! I can't wait, I got a little taste of the power and I'm now starving for more! LOL!
As far as just cams, yes, they do make a differance! On my 02 650 Prairie I installed the Penland cams alone with a HMF exhaust, jetting, and airbox mods. I test ran it for top speed before installing the parts, 67 mph,,, then after the mods,, 71 mph!!! I have set up a few Prairies and a couple V Forces and the cams along with the proper other mods to go along with them makes a great improvement! The cams I would get from Webb tho, they make a great product and it's cheaper than getting them from Penlands!

About how much do the cams cost? Also what other mods help the cams? I have Pro-Circuit T-4 duals, HPD plain spring (primary) black spring in secondary, also have stock jets and filter K&N on the way, stock snorkle is removed, I cut out the vents in the hood last night, 20 inch RAZORS on rear.
Just for looks ITP C-SERIES wheels.
DG Fat Series grab bar.
AC nerf bar black webbing.
Would post pics but don't know how!!!!!
I live in Kentucky elevation is about 800 to 1100 ft!
Thanks for all the help!!!

You have a good exhaust! I would get a snorkel on it that faces forward and up towards the radiator cap to take advantage of the vents being cut out in the hood, this will give you a ram air effect! I did this with a radiator hose that had just the right bends but I have no idea what the hose is, I found it laying in the shop! The intake snorkel Diamond G (714-299-3865) has out is a very nice one! You should also do some rejetting, with the exhaust and the opened up airbox you need more gas! You also might want to get ahold of Dale at Dalton Pro( 902-897-3333), he has done some really impressive stuff with the clutching for the V Force and he owns and races one! He may be able to give you some better ideas as to what you can do to gain some power. As for the cams price, I'm not sure,,, you should call Web Cams and they will be able to help you out there! Their number is (909-369-5145).
