?? how to adjust the denton steering damper

i bought a used denton steering damper and was wondering wich way the adjustments went.
does anyone have any good results on different levels
and wich way do you move it to make it harder or smoother

What ATV is this steering damper mounted on? I would like to put on one on my P650.

?? how to adjust the denton steering damper

Should have an arrow on the adjusting **** showing the direction for harder. If **** is gone let me know and I'll check mine on my Z440.
