Aight. The stock Mojave headlight is useless. I know the actual problem is the magneto doesn't put out enough juice. But, installing a Halogen bulb would make the light brighter than it is now.

I went everywhere today looking for a halogen bulb and couldn't find one.

Anybody got a # for a halogen or a better idea?

you can always get your stator rewound so that it puts out juice and then collect that juice into a battery, im tihnking about this cause ive got that electric start thing

I was registered to race in the 12 hours ATV race... PIAA was a sponser... I'll look for the information sheet, there may even still be some sort of discounts available...

I don't think I can afford to have my Stator rewound right now.....Maybe someday.

I think I will get out my VoltMeter and measure the actual voltage at the headlight. If it measures less than 12V I may try to find a lower Volt light. Putting a 6v light in a system that puts out 7 or 8 volts would make for a brighter light, especially at low rpm's.

Would also burn out sooner.

Another option that may or may not help would be to disable the rear light. = more currant to the head light, but maybe not enough to make much difference.
