TRX450: I sometimes think Camo Boy is an urban legend, BUT, I have seen that monster with my own two eyes. My only goal now is to keep in front of Camo Boy (The Man From Beyond Deliverance) and not allow him any oppurtunites to splash me in one of those stinking mud holes in the dead of winter. I believe the Dial A Jet has given me the edge I need to stay in front.

olddirtrider, we're referring to Dial-a-Jets (not) Dyno-Jets. If anyithing, we have to Jet down two jets on the mains - not up, so I don't think finding proper jetting will be a problem w/ AIR BOX MODS.
Thanks on the tip about where to get jets though. Are those OEM Keihn jets that they offer?

Shotgun,
I would suggest trying using the snorkels and see if they work better. It only seems to make sense that you would want cool clean air instead of hot turbulant air, right? Whats two more holes some silicone can't fix!! Maybe what you use it for it doesn't need fresh air? Any body else should probably use them.

WW,
I will try them this spring, 2 ft of snow now,
My theory of not using them at the time, was I was getting cool air from the snorkel, vs. hot air if they were out side the airbox, on top of the motor. I know they recomend to put them up the steering stem.
Plus I questioned the amount of air that could be pulled through such a small long tube. So I though the gas would atomize better with out it, with the ability to get more air. I could understand on a snowmoble, with the RPM, larger carbs and the amount of air they require that the turbulance might be a problem, but I question on ours, if they're needed.
That's my story..... but I will try them, you might be right.
How that monster running BTW.
