Default Clutchless Shifting

I hardly ever use my clutch while shifting and I have sort of trained myself to ride without useing it. Yesterday while at a large dealer sale I let this little tidbit slip in front of a salesmen and he told me that I was causing serious damage to my transmission. He said that within months my bike would be slipping out of gear. I dont have a whole lot of reason to doubt him but at this point I can seem to get myself to use the clutch even when I want to. I rode today and found myself shifting and then pulling the clutch lever as an after thought. Am I doomed or what?

p.s. I always use the clutch from a stop and none of my shifts act or sound any different from those that I do with use of the clutch.
