Default V Force carb coolant line removal..

I have heard in the past that removing the coolant lines from the carbs might help performance, so before I get myself into trouble removing the coolant lines, I wanted to make sure I was doing this right.

There are 2 rubber coolant lines going into the carbs. If I'm not mistaken, 1 line is in and 1 is out right? So, if I get a straight line adaptor to connect the lines together and clamp them down, I should be ok?

Next, where the rubber lines came off the carbs, these should be capped off right?

Any help would be appreciated...

You got it!

Just connect the line that goes into the carb onto the coolant filter end instead. Then cap the plastic lines on the carbs.
