Default Primary Spring Question for Kevin M

In looking at your chart notes ( nice work boys!!) you seem to like the Hotseat Purple as you pulled piped Banshees/Rappies. With my setup of 59.5 gram Dalton's, Dual pipes/Air and the little "hump" on the primary sheaves shaved off/needles to match, How would you think the HS Pirple will do?. I have been swearing by the HPD plain with the mods I have but I see that you think the HPD plain may be a bit too much for the V. I am mostly interested in midrange acceleration as opposed to dead stopped pinning it to WOT.

Any thoughts???

You're using heavier weights so you're probably getting better results with the plain than most people. I was considering going heavier on the weights, but I figured I'd go back to the purple with some shims for a while and see how it does. I'm thinking Webcams next, so I'll probably go back to the plain eventually.

I don't think anyone is going to be able to find a spring like the purple I have. I've called Hotseat and they seem to think its a Polaris purple, but the Polaris spring is a 72/138 spring and that's definitely not what I've got.
