Default Slight hesitation from idle

I just installed a Dyno Jet kit on my Lakota sport. I have also got a clamp on aircleaner and an Excellerator exhaust. It seems to run best on the 4th notch needle setting and the 138 main jet but its still got a slight hesitation from idle. Could this be a simple adjustment of the mixture screw? Or any of the other adjustments?

By the way what does the mixture screw do, and what direction does it do it in?

Also I noticed when taking the stock jet out it said K148 on it. The one I put in said DJ138 is it possible I put a smaller main jet in than what I already had?

Never mind I figured it out. She runs perfect now. I am the proud owner of a lakota sport that pulls wheelies in 2nd gear! Never would have thought it was possible a couple weeks ago.

Default Slight hesitation from idle

I had turned the idle down way to low. I was going by ear and lets just say I dont have an ear for those types of things yet. I had to turn the idle up to get the auto clutch to work so when I did that the hesitation went away.
