good sounding exhaust for P650
I have installed a complete Signature Mike Penland BigGun exhaust system I ordered from Mike Penland himself and the sound is perfect and loud enough with my PBR cams it almost sounds like a V-Twin Harley Davidson. One of my friends got the Procircuit T-4 exhaust for is prairie and its way too loud and gets ennoying after a while.

I had the HMF full system on the 650 Prairie, right before I got the new 700 P I went to the Penland Big Gun and took it off the 650 and put it on the 700 P but after less than 500 miles it was falling apart! I called Penlands on it and Mike told me to call Big Gun! So, I call Big Gun, I was told that if I were to send it to them along with a check they would repair it for a fee! lol!!! do a search on this forum for big gun and you will see that several others have had the same experiance! Mike also told me that they have not had any troubles with theirs,,, LOL,,, at the 12 Hours of ATV America race I looked at their exhaust, it was falling apart!!!!!! LMAO!!! I have now gone back to the full HMF which also comes with a 10 year warranty, about 9 years and 6 months longer than the big gun warranty! It's a bit louder that the big gun but at least it holds together!!! You will also gain as much HP and a nice sound by doing the NYROC muffler mod to your stock exhaust!

Prairiewrench, my Big Gun hasn't had any problems yet, but corrosion has already started attacking the exhaust lines (after a year of use, but winter didn't help it, but your right no excuses it shouldn't be starting to rust with the high-quality fabrication they say).

I agree with LittleBoy on this one. I have had my PBR Big Gun for over a year now, and haven't noticed a problem yet. I keep checking the rivets and they all seem fine. Now I don't race it or anything, but we ride pretty hard, and it certainly hasn't been babied. I have noticed that it is getting a little louder than it was, but a repack kit is like $20, and takes 10 minutes to install. Overall, I am very happy with my exhaust.
