I've seen several pictures of V-Forces with their headlights removed. All the pictures are of V-Forces that are obviously being raced. Is there certain type races that you can't have headlights or is it simply that in serious racing if a part is not needed it gets yanked? I know this sounds like a stupid question but I'm curious non-the-less, thanks.

 

There just getting rid of wieght..every ounce counts....
