OK, what is the best QUIET exhaust for the V?

I sometimes ride near homes and don't want people mad! I know some have quiet cores, but are they worth it? Does it rob that much power? I would prefer a system that was built to be not as loud. I do love the sound of the duals!

I agree w/ 3TV & Puttnutt, I've almost ordered the muzzy's twice now, yet then I'd have a perfectly good set of HMF's laying around. I have a feeling I will order some sooner than later, but I just ordered the dalton clutch cover & weights(and HPD plain for the second time). Kinda waiting on a few reviews about the Muzzy system, if the're good I might have to try them. 3TV; didn't you switch from your duals back to stock exhaust?

So Phil,
Tell us what you removed that is non-essential. Inquiring minds want to know.
I've thought about the carbonman nose scoop to help run cooler. Before I get one though, I'm going to cut out the indents in the black nose and put a screen underneath for protection from rocks. If it looks bad, I'll pop for the carbonman nose scoop.
I'm also going to remove the coolant lines from the carbs. I think Kawasaki should have increased the oil capacity to help cool the bike a little better. Maybe one of these days, someone will come out with an oil cooler that will fit.

Mudfoot,
Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing all that is needed is a connector for the coolant lines and a couple pieces of rubber hose with plugs for the carbs. Or am I missing something?
Thanks,
Mark
