Ohlins suspension on a V?
#5
Well I just purchased the Ohlins, and I will be testing them out March 6 & 7 at Paragon. I would love to ride this weekend, but I have parties to attend. I will update as soon as I can on their performance.

I will tell everyone how they are on Monday. I am going riding this weekend for the first time since I had them put on. I am going to Paragon Saturday and Sunday. I will give an update when I get back.

First the Trailtech clamp was not hard to install, I used the standard bend bars from Trailtech. You have to loosen the tie wraps on all the wires that got to the handlebars, because they don't have that much slack to accomodate the higher bar setup.
The Ohlins shocks are awesome, I did a little tweaking to get them set up properly, then the ride was amazing. They soaked up the bumps, it was like riding a Cadillac. If I would have known how much they would improve the ride, shocks would have been my first upgrade.
