Default V-Force Heat solution?

You Vforce owners-what a brotherhood!!!!! Great to see so many who like these "sissy" auto tranny, shaft driven atv's. I haven't seen anything I'd trade mine for, but I would like one improvement. I know you're always supposed to ride with proper attire , but when it's 95 at the river, we like to ride in shorts and A LOT of heat comes off the engine on the left side. Has anyone found a shield of some kind to keep the heat off your left leg? No "proper clothing" sermons please. There are those who are worse-the wife and daughter ride their Polaris' in flipflops!

Yea I'm pretty sure my left leg was cooked to at least medium-well after last summer.
