I haven't had the chance to ride the 700 yet. I am sure its a great quad and you cant beet fully automatic shifting but I think it would be a tad heavy for challenging trails. Seems to me it would be much more difficult to manhandle the 700 in a tight corner or over a log.
From my personal experience the Lakota sport is the ultimate trail quad. Then again my experience is fairly limitted.

I love my KFX 400! Nice and light, and handles great. One of the best all around quads out there.Here's some reading for you.

Whoa you the first guy I have seen with a orange kfx besides me.Sweet color the only problem I'm running into is finding a graphics kit that will match.

Yeah I love the orange! But you're right about the graphics. Hopefully we'll be seeing some cool ones soon.
