Unknown Wires on V Force

I just noticed on the right side of my V there are two wires that dont go to anything. They are up by the front wheel and they have a large pice of velcroed rubber covering them. Anyone know what they are for ?

The wires are for the horn which we don't have. It shows the wires in the wiring diagram.

Thanks, I looked at my online manual but I didnt see it.
