You can get Elka recreational shocks (triple rate, zero preload, no reservoirs) setup for your weight and riding style for $525 shipped to your door.

Default Elka's on front only?

I noticed riding my wives V this weekend that the steering was indeed alittle harsh, and there's only one more adjustment for softer ride. Elka is the way to go, but if you soften the elkas up which might lower the front end by a couple inches, what would that do for handling if the rear is still alittle higher?

I used PEP all round. Amazing difference. Also in the back. The tendency of the V `s backside to buck when hitting the ruff stuff at speed is now also much improved

Thinking about ordering shocks today- still not decided on brand. I don't race, - I ride dunes, woods etc. ...How do Pep shocks compare in ride quality, price, etc? What about other brands?
