What exhaust makes the most horsepower??
There are lots of new systems coming out, & the talk right now is the Muzzy's system... but, IMO, This is my response to the guy that just installed a new Big Gun system, & actually lost performance... "one thing that doesn't get discussed here is the difference between horsepower & torque... in general, a ( car or truck for example ) will develope peak torque with a smaller but free flowing exhaust, & develope more horsepower with a larger but free flowing exhaust... I think what you are seeing here, is that your stock cams are not breathing well enough, or timed properly, for the amount of air that you are flowing ( loss of restriction )... This is why a disk type of exhaust system is really the ultimate, as far as performance is concerned... if you had a dyno available, you could power tune your quad, by adding or subtracting disks... the main problem with this type of system IMO, is that you should really pull the disks once a month or so to clean the disks & keep the disk retaining screw's threads clean of carbon, to keep them from stripping out..." there are several types of disk system exhausts, however they all suffer from the same maintenance issues... but what it comes down to, is that unless you're running a full out race engine, then you're engine will most likely make the most power, with "some" back pressure... I'll admit, that I saw absolutely no performance gains from my PSBG exhaust, until I installed my big bore kit with the heads flowed, & a radical cam...

newbeatle is absolutly correct!
MUDDIN650, By the looks of your sig you have about all the HP you are going to get, without doing some internal work or adding the new cdi when it comes out,
that is if you are jetted correctly for the air filter and exhaust you have. The HMF is a good pipe and within 1 or 2 % of the "actual HP gains" you will get with any of
the others offered at this time. Get your carbs tuned by an expert carb guy and add the cdi when it comes out and enjoy the ride!
