Default Engine Break on Prairie - Help

When i turn off the prairie I hear a ticking sound coming from the clutch cover. I recently out a new belt on the prairie and the switch for behind the cover was in the middle so I moved it. Off the top of my head I forget which setting. i know it only went to off or on. It woudlnt go to the one. I believe it went to on. Well my friend said you should never switch that. The bike runs fine. But I have always had this ticking when turning the quad off.

Sounds like it's just the eb resetting itself. They all do that!
