Kawasaki Sucks
If you look back in the past posts, I had a problem with my 4 month old Prairie 700's aarm snapping! It was not fun dealing with the local dealership or Kawasaki out in Califorina. What I did was contact the east coast Kawasaki sales manager, with his job being more of units sold and upholding his reputation of their fine products. He seemed to be the one to get the ball rolling, and works for corporate and not the dealership. Where the dealership gave me more reasons why it wouldnt be covered then coving it! Im sure he also put in a call to Califorina and made things happen. I believe If I hadn't of contacted him I would have been paying for it out of pocket and may have even gone back to my trusty Hondas?-lol Well it took two months and I got the quad fixed even those the dealer did a lame job, and only covered hard parts, "They said my plastic wasnt to bad or was already damaged"~LOL- I was trashed! I was going team green plastic anyway but would have been nice to have had. They covered someting was the way I looked at it! Not only do you wanna write a nice letter, you want to call someone who heads up sales for Kawasaki in your area! unfortunitly ALL big companys make you jump through hoops before they really look at the problem and Always try to get out of it! It seems? ~Coop

Talked to the dealer about my problem, they seam to agree with me & called Kawi and argued my point. Kawi has decided to take a look at my actulator & then make a decision, so it's been mailed to them. I'm keeping my fingers crossed

I have a P700 and have had no problems. I looked at 360 when I went shopping and the salesman said " Why buy a 360 now and deam of a 700 next year." That was the best advice that I got. Love the performance and the difficulty of terrain that I can get through with no problem. Hope you can get satisfaction, Good luck
