P300-any good?
#4
We have an '01, I rode it hard the 1st year, the the 650's came out, & I had to have one... now the wife rides it... & lately, my ( now 750cc Prairie ), has become more of a racer, son I use the 300 around the farm... we plow our 1/4 mile driveway with it, & it regularly pulls small trailers around the farm... it is also a fun, durable, & easy to ride quad... I can't get my nieces & nephews off it, when my family comes to visit... my wife was unbeaten in the mens class mid sized 4 X 4 mud races, over the last 3 years, untill a 450 Honda beat her last year... I even hare scramble raced it, when my 650 was in the shop, becoming a 750... it was been a good enough quad, that when we are ready for another one, I'll likey still keep this one around for working on the farm...

Great bikes, even better once you get rid of the dunflop tires and go to a 12 inch rear rim instead of the 10" factory rims. some P650 or P700 rims bolt right up. However some aftermarket rims wont fit the 300 since the stud length is supposed to be shorter than the P400, 650 and 700, so might want to keep that in mind. Also, Warn makes a 424 unlocker for the 300 that should increase its fun factor.
