I have 26" ones and they powerslide better than any tire I have ever had. I have powerslided at 50mph going around a corner on an improved road.

Give the steering a little tug, lean in a nail the gas and you can carry that slide all the way through.

Mudrunners last a long time due to their slightly hard rubber compound. That means they don't bite drypack as well as ATRs or Badlands. But, that means they can powerslide better. They have excellent side traction, don't think they are unsafe in any way.

Do not mix a hard tire on the front with a soft one on the rear. That is dangerous in slides.

In your opinion, could you still feel increased power over stock with the Mudrunners if you have the DG3 and the black and red spring installed?

I never installed the red spring. I would say that with the exhaust, intake snorkle and DG3, and 26" mudrunners the power would feel pretty close to the way it did with no mods and those super light crappy stock tires.

Tire Weight can rob a lot.
