Default 4* step key installation.

When installing step key in V Force, how do you position key in crankshaft? Do you install it so it rotates flywheel clockwise or counter clockwise. Do you advance or retard the timing?

That would be advancing the timing, right?

Venforcer,
Go to www.700v.com and check out instructions/including pics on how to change the flywheel key. This is a very good site and has other mods with instructions/pics too. Technically, this site if for V-force mods, but the flywheel key and some of the other mods are identical or quite similar to Prairie mods.

Besides the 700v website (which is very good), Nyroc's site is the only other website that I use for help with my mods. Last time I checked, Nyroc's site was at http://techtip.homeip.net/

In case you aren't familiar with Nyroc's site, its is widely known to be the "bible" of Prairie and V-twin motor information and I've used it many times to do mods on my P650.
