Default DYNO cdi return policy????

Third and final update pertaining to the return of my CDI. It appears that the information that I put out on my first post worked. Scott called me today and discussed this issue with me further. He realized that no matter what, that I didn't want a replacement but a refund. He issued me a callout tag and UPS will be picking this up and I will be receiving a credit to my account. I hope this has helped anyone out there who has had similar problems like mine. Best of luck!!

Default DYNO cdi return policy????

I haven't put my Dyna cdi on yet because my p700 was in the shop when i received my cdi.while it was in the shop i started seeing these kickback complaints. now i don't think i'll put it on because i don't want my bike screwed up. maybe my cdi would be ok but i'm not a gambling man. not with $1100.
hopefully scott will have a recall on these cdi's.

What do ya say Scott?

Im very glad to hear that 4x4fib, I have my fingers crossed I will get credit on my card without it being a hassle to go through. They will save themselves money in the long run.

4X4fib, When you get your credit you should invest in in the DG3 module. It's half the price of the CDI and the performance is well worth the money with no complaints.

That's good news 4x4fib, maybe Dyna will give customers the option of a replacement cdi, or full refund.
