Wheelie help!!!!
#2
I know of a couple 650/700 Prairies and a v force that blew their engines doing long wheelies,,, since I heard of this I no longer wheelie mine for very long distances.
Sit back on the seat, give it gas and watch the front end rise,,, just keep your hands and feet ready to hit the rear brake to bring the front back down!

From a stand still or rolling (4-5 mph) stick the throttle, pull back and lean back as far as you can on the seat. Be prepared to blip the throttle and keep it balanced. As soon as you let off the throttle the front will come down and if you give it gas while coming down you'll just be playing catch up with the front end going faster than comfortable.
I had a few good ones this weekend. Once it came up a bit too far and I dragged my rear box for a bit. A bit nervous but getting more comfortable with it pointing at the sky.

Go to Lowes and buy 2 85# bags of Sakrete concrete mix---chain them securely to your rear rack---take all the bolts off of both front tires ( so that as soon as you punch it the wheels fall off to save you weight) and lean way back to find your balance---if your real good, you may be able to cross a small creek or even beat a honda rincon if you can "KEEP IT UP"
