Do a search in the forum; this has been covered extensively. If it's worse when in 4x4 and crawling in low range, it's normal.

Check your swingarm bearings. They shouldn't be bad this soon, but if you do a lot of mudding, they might be. Jack quad, from center, so that rear wheels are off the ground. Any side to side play at all? If so, that is your clunking, and you need to replace your swingarm bearings. Just had mine replaced at 1450 miles and they were shot.

Could be your 4wd actuator. Just had mine replaced at 1200km, it was switching on its own from 2wd to 4wd with a loud clunk when under load. Easy to tell in mud or snow with rear wheels spinning. Hope it helps.

Nah, its not switching from 4 to 2, the clunking is actually not that loud either, its more of a subtle occasional clunking, only when im driving slower going over obstacles, maybey, just maybey its worst in 4x4. Was your guage changing from 4wd to 2wd?? Mines not.

Yes, it's normal. The tranny has straight cut gears which makes for the clack-clack-clack sound. Nothing to worry about.
