Default Computer chip for the 700 prairie

My dealer told me the other day that they have access to a computer chip that will bump the stock 47hp to 65hp. He said they also have a modified 700 prairie that they race and it has 80hp. He said that the v-twin is tuned way down from the factory for ATV SAFETY COUNCLE SPECS, but with the chip, the machine can be almost doubled in power and torque. Do any of you know anything about this? Just wondering.

He is probably talking about the Dyna CDI, it doesn't give you that much more power but with cams and some head work it might.

65hp? I think somebody put a computer ship in his head. I wish a computer chip could do that. If you find one let me know. The DYNA CDI helps alot like bbertram said but not that much

I don't know how reliable this guy is but I just thought I would throw this out there. Even if it isn't totally true, the kawa still has the most HP and torque. Thanks for the feed back.
