Default engine ice vs evans

Which is a better coolant? I'm looking at reducing the operating temp of my 02 Prairie. I have been beating this machine up and it keeps asking for more. The only problem is it tends to run a little hot, especially when the rad gets a little plugged. Thanks in advance.

Redline works better than ENGINE ICE. I saw that test.

I never saw a test of redline vs EVANS NPG.

According to mickey dunlap, EVANS NPG is a whole lot better than Redline with water or redline with 50/50.

For those of you that do not know, EVANS NPG is non-aqueous and is expensive. The expensive part is why nobody I have heard of uses it besides mickey.

List of cooling system advice

I run Evans NPG+ in my V-Force.Just put it in this weekend, went out on the trails and the fan came on but not as much as it did before. It was around 95 degrees, with 70% humidity very hot good for testing the Evans out.To me it ran good,I need a temp gauge to see if it is running cooler.

I'm running the Evans NPG+ R which is their racing version. It's too soon to tell if it's better though. Evans is only a few miles from my house, so I don't have to pay shipping. It comes in a one gallon jug, which is plenty. I used their prep flush first to get all the water out of the system before I put the NPG+ R in.

We'll see how it does through out the summer.

Peace,

Well, I ordered 2 galllons of NPG+. Boy that stuff is expensive. 40.00 Can per gal. If it works as well as they say, it will be well worth it.
