2 - 4wd actulators, primary clutch bearing replacement, clutch weight pins, valve adjustment, & 1 cv axle boot replacement after a stick got jammed in it. I will say that the actulators replacement are not common at all, I just happend to get water in them 2 times & ruined them. I also have a little over 4k miles on my ATV now

belt deflection needed adjusting 4 times to get it right, and sometimes it comes out of 4wd when in a tight spot, but other than that flawless. oh yeah i fotgot i ripped the floorboard off twice but it was an easy fix.

Left main bearing on the crank siezed up. Small number of engines had this problem in '03 and the warrantee covered it. No other problems at all. Very satisfied with the machine.

Very cold natured, have to let the engine warm up for a long time before it will even idle, even in warm weather. Belt was too loose from the factory (less than 3 hrs. on machine), had to remove largest shim to keep the belt from squawking when just pulling out of it's tracks. Exaust manifold bolts worked loose, tightened them, no problem. Also, there have been several reports of vapor lock after running the engine for awhile and getting the engine hot, bogging, and falling on it's face, mine does this.

My brother has one that the 4wd keeps kicking out and light flashing. He can cut the engine off, start it back, and the light quits flashing and the 4wd will work again for a little while, and then the same thing starts all over again.

Kawi had a service bulliten that came out a while back, his problem could be caused by the 4wd actualtor being out of a specified range. I have a copy of it if you need it
