02 lakota vs. 93 blaster
#1
i have a 2002 lakota and it has few performences like 13 t sprocket but my friends 1993 blaster is clean and nothing done to it. he creams me in acceleration but do u think i could win in top end in a drag say half a mile??

it will be real close because both stock the blaster is like 2-3mph faster, thats if there both in good condition.if you ever added an exhaust, air filter and rejetted you would for sure beat him on top end.One thing you need to remember is if he ever starts putting on mods you want have a chance to catch him then.

Yeah, the mojave carb along with the pipe definately helps add some extra power. I recently put on the mojave carb with a 140jet. It's great. But I couldn't tell you how much faster. I've heard that if you add the uni clamp on air filter it helps even after the replacement of the carb.

well i used to have a lakota, with just about the same mods as you and i know for a fact you'll beat a blaster on top end and you'll be hanging with some warriors, but your not going to be taken any 400's.if you wanted to get closer to the 400's,then you need to look at the fst330 kit for the lakota.

Hey guys,
Well, the Lakota needs some work before you can beat anything besides 250's....
First off def. get a new air filter...that helps...reduce the weight....take off anything u dont need thats heavy...
With the mods you say your getting you should be a blaster...
cause with the mods I have......i cook stock blasters/300ex
but take notice i removed almost 50lbs from my lakota also, not to mention messed wit the carb so now she flies
