If you want it stiffer in the rear turn the nut down on the shock it puts preload on the spring
The charge is to keep the oil in the shock from foaming not giving more ride hight

The "sag" or "ride in " as it's sometimes called is a desireable condition of a broken in suspension. It allows the suspension to 'fall" into holes which transfers less shock to the rider. As long as you're not bottoming out too easily you have nothing to worry about.

What reds650 said. A typical race bike set up is to have 1/3 of the suspension travel at the top when at rest.

Default 650 SUSPENSION

Speaking of P650 Suspension, has anyone ever heard of installing anti-sway bars on the front of an ATV to help it handle better in turns. Is this possible and if so, can it be done to the P650/P700???

Happy trails...
